Yes. Residents get identities and credentials, guests are pre-registered with photo, entry/exit is logged, and access is revocable in one click across every gate.
Is there a members' app?
Yes — the member hub. Members carry their QR, renew, pay instalments, and see history from any browser. No app-store install required.
What is AI Insights?
A built-in assistant that answers plain-English questions about your organization (churn risk, revenue anomalies, denied scans by gate) and emails owners a weekly summary. It reads only your tenant's data under row-level security — it never sees other organizations.

What is a CoreAccess membership?
A digital membership tied to a person, a plan and a home location, with status, expiry and credentials managed centrally.
Can a member belong to multiple locations?
Yes — members can be transferred between locations and admins can approve cross-branch access.
Billing
How is pricing calculated?
Per active member per month. 0–9 members → FREE, 10–99 → ₦999, 100–499 → ₦699, 500+ → ₦499. Pricing automatically adjusts as you grow.
Are staff or visitors billed?
No. Staff and visitor accounts are always free.
Is pricing based on locations?
No. Billing is based on total active members across your organization — there are no per-location fees.

What does scanning a CoreAccess QR show?
A branded digital membership page with photo, plan, status, location and expiry.
Are QR codes used to unlock doors?
No. QR codes resolve to the member profile only. Physical access depends on your configured authentication and authorization policies.
NFC
Do you support NFC credentials?
Yes. Members can carry NFC credentials alongside their digital identity, governed by the same access policies.
Digital identities
Is every CoreAccess ID unique?
Yes. Every identity has a unique ca_… token that is impossible to guess and easy to revoke.
Face enrollment
Where are face images stored?
In a private storage bucket with row-level access. Images are used only for identity verification at your authorized endpoints.
How is the photo validated?
We use on-device validation (single face, centering, sharpness) before upload to ensure quality.
Multi-location support
Do branches share data?
Yes, under a single organization. Admins can be scoped per location with the location_admin role.
Access permissions
How granular can policies get?
Per door, per role, per plan, and per time window. Policies are evaluated on every credential verification.
Renewals
How do members renew?
